Y’all outdid yourself for the super patriotic Third of July edition of Die Tonight.
By the time people started showing up at Beauty Bar, hours of day drinks, smoked meats, and UV rays had already started to take their toll (I kept out all the really bad drunkface, feel free to thank me with cash the next time you see me).
Still, you could hardly tell that everyone was sunburnt and heat-stroked by the time they hit the dancefloor. DJ Soundwave set the tone with some down-ass obscure electro, followed by a birthday tagteam set by Heaven Malone and Louis Kha, residents Midnight Conspiracy and Dark Wave Disco, and guest sets from Washington, DC’s Vanniety Kills and Oklahoma City’s Kids At The Bar.
Anjali Bahl and Rachel Cable were back with their dual glitter and gore makeup stations and I <3 Lamp came thru to bang out visuals.
