Another Halloween means React Presents is bringing another insane all-ages costume rave to the legitimately haunted Congress Theater. This year’s event was no slouch with often-imitated never-duplicated masked DJ duo The Bloody Beetroots, along with Wolfgang Gartner, Nobody Beats the Drum, Popeska, and hometown heroes Midnight Conspiracy, who brought along their intense laser lightshow illuminati pyramid eye.
