Our friends at Old Style and the Wicker Park gallery Johalla Projects recently decided to have a meet up with First Ward Alderman Joe Moreno and some of the artists from the dance party scene that’s thriving (and at the same time constantly fighting to stay alive) in the neighborhoods he represents (including Wicker Park, West Town, Logan Square, West Town, and [GlitterGuts HQ] Humboldt Park). There were DJ sets from Zebo, Kid Color, Disco Death Threat, Team Bayside High, and Dark Wave Disco.
